Tornado that struck western Wisconsin village of Colfax caused $1M damage to schools | Star Tribune

OREGON, OH (Toledo News Now) – It has been nearly eight months since a tornado brought down one of the large screens at the Sundance Kid Drive-In theater in Oregon. Business has come back, though, thanks to a large new screen that replaced the collapsed one. The owners also put new fencing up and are building new storage sheds. When the drive-in opened in April, only one screen could be used and few people knew they were open. That changed in May when the new screen went up in front. Customers returned with their children in pajamas to watch double features. It’s been a tradition in Oregon since the 1960s, and not even a tornado could keep them down.
